Clark Court

Initially constructed as a join effort between Cosumnes River College, the Sacramento Kings and the Sacramento Sports Association, the main gymnasium  is one of the premier athletics facilities in the region.

Completed in 2000, the "Clark Court" is named after Hall of Fame basketball coach James Clark, who coached the Cosumnes River men from 1972-2003.  Clark Court currently serves as the home court for the Cosumnes River men's and women's basketball teams, as well as the college's volleyball team.  With two levels of seating, the gym holds approximately 1500 fans for Hawks contests.

Clark Court is also host to a number of Kinesiology and Physical Education classes during the academic year.

With its large holding capacity and first-class, free-floating hardwood surface,
Clark Court has been the destination of choice for basketball champions since
 its construction.

In addition to hosting Cosumnes River College men's and women's basketball
playoff games, the site has twice served as the host site for the CCCAA Men's
 and Women's State Basketball Championships (2012, 2013).

Clark Court has also served as the host site for the CIF Sac-Joaquin section
Division III boys and girls playoffs.  Check out a recent Sacramento Bee article
about the history of Clark Court:  "Hometown Report: Cosumnes River  College gym was a longtime coming."
