Study Center
Located on the first floor of the
CAC, in CAC 104, the Hawks Study Center serves
as the study hall for CRC student-athletes throughout the academic
year. The Study Center hosts a variety of amenities to assist
in ensuring student-athletes are as successful in the classroom as
they are in athletic competition. Modern computers with flat
screen monitors, a printing machine, overhead and video projectors,
as well as ample seating and white boards provide the CRC
student-athlete with everything they need to be successful in the
classroom.
The Hawks Study Center is staffed throughout the academic year, providing supervision to ensure a work area conducive to learning, while also providing academic assistance as needed. Tutoring is also available in English, Mathematics, and Natural and Physical Sciences throughout the year. College information, textbooks, reference materials among other supplies allow the Study Center to serve as an essential aspect of student-athlete success at Cosumnes River College.
