Pitching was no where to be found in this game. The Cosumnes River Hawks (5-0) walked 13 batters and the Skyline College (0-5) walked 9 batters. Joey Pancratz finally came in to shut the door on Skyline to get his first win of the year. Pancratz was put in some tough situations and found a way to get big outs for the team.
The Hawks offense continues to produce runs for the team. Joey Pancratz had 4 hits, along with 3 critical RBI's. Burle Dixon also added 3 hits and 2 RBI's. Aaron Pierce had 2 hits on the day and one of those hits was a monster Home Run. Damien Chavez and Brett Gieseke had 2 hits for the team. The Hawks now have a five game winning streak on the line as they will head up to Shasta College Tuesday February 6th at 2pm.
