I am thoroughly excited about the group we have this year. We are a young and talented team with an extreme desire to compete. This year’s team has embarked on a journey that requires dedication and persistence. 

Cosumnes River College has been a great stepping stone for its student-athletes. Our Kinesiology, Health, & Athletics department will always remain committed to academic success as well as health promotion. The Cosumnes River College KHA department thrives on the eagerness of our students to learn and compete at the highest of levels.

 An institution of higher learning and community development, Cosumnes River College is without question a catalyst in producing some Sacramento’s brightest scholar-athletes.
