The Hawks were led by goals by Cameron Peuse who had his third of the year with an assist from Efrain Serrano Jr. The assist was Serrano's first on the season.

Eric Figueroa had an unassisted goal as well for the Hawks, his third on the season.

Alexander Mercado was in goal for the Hawks against the Mustangs. Mercado faced eight shots on goal during the match. During the match the Hawks had seven shots on goal.

With the tie the Hawks are now 3-3-3 in Big 8 conference play and in third place behind ARC who has a 5-4 record. Overall on the season the Hawks are 8-8-4.

Next up for the Hawks is the season finale which will be played here on the CRC pitch at 3pm on Friday. The Hawks will face the Big 8 first place team Santa Rosa who are 8-0-1 in conference play and 15-1-2 overall this season. A victory over Santa Rosa will help the Hawks immensely in the playoff seeding, especially if ARC loses to Modesto on Friday.
