(Lemoore)- The CRC men's soccer team entered today's game coming of an impressive result on Tuesday only to lose playoff ground to the Falcons of West Hills 1-3.
Hawks dominated 1st half play and were awarded a penalty kick when freshmen #8 Ivan Gutierrez was fouled in the penalty area to only have his pk saved. But the Hawks still dominated play out shooting the Falcons 7-1 in the 1st half.
However in the 2nd half the Falcons applied the pressure creating 6 shots with 3 beating GK #0 Hector Grejeda. Freshmen #24 Francisco Comparan was able to get his 1st goal of the season soon after but it was too little too late.
Next the hawks return to Big 8 compaction as the face Santa Rosa to keep their playoff hopes alive Tuesday 4pm
