SACRAMENTO (11-27) – The Big 8 Conference announced their all-conference teams and two Hawks made the first and second all conference teams respectively. Lincoln Carvalho earned First Team All-Big 8 Conference honors while Francisco Comparan earned Second Team All-Big 8 Conference honors.
Carvalho lead the team in goals with seven and started every match leading the Hawks into the playoffs. Coach Ron Preble said, "If you look at who's been our most consistent player at training and games, Lincoln is one of them. He showed great class and leadership this season and, to be honest, he earned that honor."
Comparan scored six goals and seven assists while leading the team in overall points with twenty on the season. Coach Preble said, "Frankie was a player who we knew can get the job done as a goal scorer or a facilitator of goals. Just like Lincoln, Frankie was a focused player at training and in games while his quality showed in matches as he came up with big moments for us during our stretch into the playoffs."
