Personal: Makenna’s family includes her dad Eric, mom Shannon and sisters Carrigan, Lainee and Emme. She started playing softball at 4-years-old and she chose to play because the majority of her family grew up playing softball or baseball and she wanted to follow in their footsteps. She’s majoring in Early Childhood Education and aspires to become a teacher. In her spare time Makenna enjoys watching Netflix, hanging out with her squad and shopping.
Athletic Highlights: 4 year varsity player, DVC League Champions all 4 ywEA, 2 All Tournament teams
Significant Sport Achievement: Finishing in 5th place at 18 Gold ASA Nationals.
Most embarrassing thing that happened in her sport: Being the last out in playoffs my sophomore, junior and senior year.
