Courtney Beatty had a day at the plate going 5 for 7 which included 2 home runs in game 2, and picked up 7 RBIs to help lead The Hawks to a 12-2 win in 5 innings in game 1 and a 14-8 win in game 2.

The Hawks made short work in game 1 going 5 innings by putting up 12 runs on 13 hits on their way to the 12-2 win. Courtney Beatty, Miranda Rodriguez, Taelor Ford, Chelsea Martinez, and Veronica Smith each had multiple hits in game 1, and Beatty and Rodriguez had 3 RBIs apiece.

Chelsea Martinez picked up the win going 5 innings giving up 5 hits, 4 walks, 4 strikeouts, and allowing 1 earned run.

In game 2, it took The Hawks a little more time to secure the back-half of the double hitter. Courtney Beatty again provided the offense by slamming 2 home runs and picking up 4 RBIs to help secure the 14-8 win for The Hawks. Miranda Rodriguez went 3-5 at the plate and picked up an additional 3 RBIs for The Hawks. Taelor Ford and Lindsay Lambert each had multiple hits in game 2 to support the offense.

Ashleigh Berg picked up the win for The Hawks going 4 1/3 innings giving up 8 hits, 1 strikeout, and allowing 5 earned runs. Chelsea Martinez came in relief and pitched 2 2/3 innings giving up 3 hits, 1 strikeout, and allowing 3 earned runs.

On the day, Courtney Beatty hit .714 while picking up 7 RBIs which include 2 home runs. Miranda Rodriguez hit .625 while picking up 6 RBIs. Taelor Ford, Cecilia Rivera, Veronica Smith each hit .500 on the day and each picked up an RBI.
