The Hawks took game 1 from Folsom Lake as Miranda Rodriguez lead the way going 2 for 4 while picking-up 3 RBIs. Taelor Ford picked-up 2 RBIs and Courtney Beatty went 2 for 4 in the 5-1 win.

Brittany Baroni picked-up the win going 4 1/3 innings giving up 3 hits, striking out 1, and allowing 1 earnd run. Ashleigh Berg came in relief and pitched 2 2/3 innings giving up 3 hits and allowing no runs.

In game 2, The Hawks pounded out 15 hits with the big shots coming in the top of the 5th when Miranda Rodriguez hit her 1st home run of the season bringing in 3 runs, and Chelsea Martinez 3 batters later hit another 3-run shot to put up 9 runs in the inning.

Rodriguez provided 5 RBIs in game 2 going 2 for 3 while Courtney Beatty went 2 for 3, Alexus Acosta went 2 for 3, Alex Scardina went 2 for 4 with 2 RBIs, Veronica Smith went 2 for 4, and Lindsay Lambert went 2 for 4.  

Ashleigh Berg picked-up the win going 5 innings giving up 7 hits, striking out 2, walking 1, and allowing 1 earned run.

On the day, Miranda Rodriguez hit .571 while picking-up 8 RBIs, Courtney Beatty hit .571 as well picking up 1 RBI, and Taelor Ford picked-up 5 RBIs.
