Game 1: Hawks explode for 11 runs in the first game to 8-run Taft College. Cosumnes River scored in every inning but the 3rd, finishing with 9 hits. Gabrille Montaie picked up the win giving up 3 hits over 4 scoreless innings. Korina Krueg had a temendous game, going 3 for 4 with 4 RBI including a 2B and HR.
Game 2: Ashleigh Berg took her first loss of the season as Monterey scored first and led throughout. Both Taelor Ford and Ashlee Kaiser had 2Bs in the loss.
