SACRAMENTO (3-8) – The Hawks continued their homestand as they took on Folsom Lake College in Big 8 Conference play. The Hawks won the first game of doubleheader 2-0 and the second game 9-4.
- Game 1 -
Rebekah Pedersen got the start in the circle and didn't allow a single run against Folsom Lake throwing a complete game shutout and led the Hawks to a 2-0 victory. Pederson had three strikeouts on the day allowing five hits and walked one. Hannah Steege led the team with two hits in three at bats. Crystel Ruaro's single to right field in the bottom of the fourth inning drove in the winning runs.
- Game 2 -
The Hawks' offense came alive in the second game as they had twleve hits with nine runs. Mary Baccay and Steege both had three hits apiece. Ryley Krum and Courtney Lozano had two hits each. Lozano also had a good day in the circle as well. Lozano threw 6.1 innings and gave up ten hits and four runs while recording one strikeout.
