The second match up between these two teams took place on December 30th at the Mike Gervasoni Memorial Classic.  Solano would come out firing on all cylinders, leading at the half, 38-27.  However the Hawks showed a lot of heart and determination to fight to come back, but unfortunately the comeback was to little to late when they would fall by 3 points 74-71.  Myles led the Hawks once again, as she would put up another double double.  Myles finished the night with: 28 rebounds, 4 assists, 5 steals, 2 blocks, 31 points, shooting 9-10 from the free throw line.  The Hawks as a team would combine for a total of 56 rebounds, 13 assists, 25 turnovers, shooting 13-19, 68.4% from the free throw line.  Solano finished the night as a team with 41 rebounds, 18 assists, 19 turnovers, and shooting 9-27, 33.3% from the 3-point line.  All in all, the Hawks really hurt themselves in this game having 25 turnovers.

The third match up is the most important one of the season.  The Hawks will need to utilize Myles, putting her in the best position to score.  Also the Hawks will need to play mistake free basketball to win this game especially with the low numbers they have on the depth chart.  Head Coach Coral Sage will have the Hawks ready to go Physically and mentally to come out on top in this one.  Winner of this game will advance to the 3rd round to face Fresno City College, a team with an overall record of 26-3, ranking them 2nd in the bracket
