SACRAMENTO, Calif. - The Lady Hawks are now 4-3 in Conference play!  They have an overall record of 5-5-4.  CRC starts the second half of Conference play by hosting Diablo Valley College this Tuesday October 21st at 3:30 PM. Diablo Valley College Vikings come in with a 2-4-1 record in conference play and a overall record of 5-7-2. It looks to be a great match up against the DVC Vikings, a team that is coming off a huge 1-0 conference win against Santa Rosa College in their last game.

In the first game between these teams the Lady Hawks won convincingly 3-0 with goals by Jena Mamola, Brianna Ascencio, and Kate Burkhart. In Conference play, Burkhart has scored 4 goals to go with 5 assists for a team leading 13 points #2 in the Conference.  The sophomore Goalkeeper Anna Brown is leading the defense with outstanding leadership and play.   With that being said, Head Coach Cesar Plasencia said, "I am excited about getting the second half of the Big 8 play started.  We are looking to improve significantly from our first half performance"
