The Lady Hawks took on Sacramento City College in Big 8 action. The Lady Hawks took control of the game early and won big over the Panthers 4-0.

 The scoring started when CB Anisah Ware scored in the 28th minute on a deep shot from a Lucianna Casciaro pass. The first half scoring didn't end there when Freshmen Forward Helaina Garcia went on an impressive solo run beating a few Panther defenders and putting the ball in the back of the net in the 38th minute of play. They did not slow down as the half ended and sophomore forward Obioma Onejeme went on great run down the line that ended with a cross and finish by Helaina Garcia. The Lady Hawks took a 3-0 lead into the half. Once the 2^nd half began the Lady Hawks continued their hard work and extended their lead in the 55^th minute when Obioma Onejeme went on another excellent run down the line beating 2 defenders and crossing the ball into freshmen forward Morgan Maddox who put the ball in the back of the net.

 Up next for the Lady Hawks they will be hosting Sierra College on Tuesday October 8^th at 4pm and travel to Diablo Valley College on Friday October 11^th.
