It was an eventful Friday for the Hawks at the City Invite. Overall the team had solid swims and put up some new records for the school. The 200 Medley relay & 400 Medley Relay records fell this week, and we predict these to continue to fall as we gear up for the second part of our season. Maddison Ledbetter placed 2nd in the 200 Fly, and shattered the 2019 record by 11 seconds. Brylee Brophy placed 1st in the 500 free, 3rd in the 100 Backstroke, & 1st in the 100 Breaststroke. She now holds the school records for all 3 of these events. Hawks also swam a total of 12 personal records in other individual races. Great indications of hard work and efforts paying off. #Talonup
