Rocklin, CA- Cosumnes River College traveled to Sierra College to try and avenge their Wednesday loss to Folsom Lake College. Instead of finding revenge, the Hawks took home another loss on the season at the hands of the Wolverines.
The Hawks came out flat in the first two sets losing by a combined score of 50 to 24. Set 3 had a different tone as Cosumnes River forced the set into extra serves but lost the third set 26-24. The visiting Hawks took the loss.
Cosumnes River's front line put up a solid block though out the match. Rebakkah McLaughlin had one solo block and two assisted blocks in a solid all around effort for the Hawks.
Up next- Cosumnes River College will travel to Santa Rosa on Wednesday September 27th. The Hawks (1-2) will try and get back on the right track against the Bear Cubs (2-1).
