SUSANVILLE (10-3) - The Hawks traveled north to play their final non-conference match of the season as they took on Lassen College. The Hawks returned home with a 3-0 win which marked their seventh victory of the season.
The Hawks' offense and defense looked to be in sync throughout the match. Taryn Oberle lead the Hawks' offensive with twelve kills on nineteen swings, which resulted in a .474 hitting percentage. Kylie Pires followed close behind with ten kills of her own and a .333 hitting percentage. Rebakkah McLaughlin posted thirty-six assists and eight digs. Larissa Vogelbacher had fourteen digs. In all, Cosumnes River combined for 46 kills, 48 digs, and a .257 hitting percentage.

Up Next-Cosumnes River returns home Friday to take on Diablo Valley College on Friday at 6:30 pm. The Hawks will take on breast cancer by accepting donations for the Side Out Foundation to combat breast cancer. The Hawks will be wearing pink in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
