Madison Jayne Signs Letter of Intent

SACRAMENTO (3-12) - On Tuesday, Madison Jayne signed her letter of intent to play for Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts for the 2019 season.

Jayne, known as "MJ" by her Hawks' family and friends, joined the Hawks in 2017 from Capital Christian High School in Sacramento. In her time for the Hawks, she played in twenty-six matches and sixty-seven sets. She showed resilience this last year by coming back from a broken wrist that ended her freshman season. Her coaches and family are extremely proud of her efforts and work ethic to improve for these last two years.

Hawks head coach Kari Post Nahlen said, "We are excited to see what the future hold for MJ as she continues in her volleyball endeavors. She has come so far as both a person and volleyball player. It is a testament to her dedication both on and off the court in volleyball practice and in the classroom."

Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts is a NCAA Division III member and participates in the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference.
