The National Fastpitch Coaches Association announced their CalJC All-Americans for 2016. Amber Wright is one of 19 players selected for the All-American team which included 8 other players from Northern CA. Wright won the Big 8 Conference batting title while leading the conference in batting average, runs scored, and on base percentage. 

Wright was the only player selected from the Big 8 Conference as an All-American. Wright finished the 2016 season hitting .462 with an on base percentage of .494 which included 50 runs scored.
