Hawks finally finish a game that started Tuesday, March 20th against American River that was forced into a rain delay.
Even with the rain falling the Hawks are able to get on the board in the 3rd inning on an Ashlee Kaiser double that scores Cassandra Thomas. Following up Taelor Ford hits a ground ball and reaches on an error pushing across Korina Krueg and Ashlee Kaiser. A double off the bat of Cecilia Rivera scores Taelor Ford. Not finished yet Hannah Flynn singles scoring Cecilia Rivera. Hawks lead ARC 5-0.
ARC is able to push 1 run across in the top of the 5th. In the bottom of the 5th the Hawks look to get the run back and Veronica Smith Scores on a Sacrifice Fly off the bat of Hannah Flynn. Hawks lead 6-1.
Because of the rain the game is halted and was resumed March 26th in the top of the 6th inning.
