STOCKTON (2-1) – The Hawks traveled to Stockton to take on CCCSIA #9 San Joaquin Delta College in Stockton. The Hawks fell to the Mustangs 95-22.

In the first half, the Hawks struggled against the Mustangs' defense and found themselves in a big hole early in the game. The punches just kept coming and the Hawks never found their footing, finding themselves down 48-13 at halftime.

In the second half, the Hawks looked to rebound and came out fighting in the third quarter. Having only five players available, the Hawks never gave up and showed tremendous heart but eventually fell 95-22.

Arionna Butts led the Hawks with ten points and five rebounds. Arianna Santos pulled down seven rebounds to lead the Hawks on the boards.

The next game is Tuesday as they take on Sacramento City College in their Coaches vs. Cancer "Pink" game. Tip off is at 5:30 pm.
