SACRAMENTO (2-12) – The Hawks returned home to take on Modesto Junior College in Sacramento. The Hawks outscored the Pirates by thirty-one in the first half to win 88-33.

The Hawks came out with intensity and fight taking a 20-6 lead at the end of the first quarter. Fast break points were heavily relied on as the Hawks looked to push the pace.

Brookelyn Larkin led the Hawks with a game high thirty points. She went 12-22 from the field and was 4-5 at the free throw line. Micaela Dagler has another double double with fifteen points and fifteen rebounds. Sheniah Castex scored nineteen points. Arianna Santos also had fifteen rebounds of her own and Arionna Butts had eight points, five steals, and seven rebounds. Sophie Kupu led the game with seven steals. 

The next game for the Hawks is Thursday as they take on Sierra College in Rocklin at 5:30 pm.
