Falcons Displays Resilience but Fall Short
Sacramento - In the second game of the doubleheader against the Cosumnes River Hawks, the Falcons showcased resilience but ultimately fell short, succumbing to an 11-2 defeat.
Cosumnes River's Anjalina Dahdouh proved to be a force on the mound, limiting the Falcons to two runs on five hits over six innings. Dahdouh's stellar performance, combined with a potent offensive display from the Hawks, secured their second victory of the day.
Isabella Robinson and Miranda Morelos provided offensive sparks with a hit each, and Clare Yanez drove in a run with a sacrifice fly. Despite their efforts, the Falcons couldn't overcome the Hawks' offensive prowess.
