Hawks Draw 0-0 In Dominating Performance

Hawks traveled to Clovis to face Clovis Community College in their second for four non-conference matches in a span of two weeks. Their first non-conference game resulted in a 5-0 win and the momentum followed them into Friday's game. 

The Hawks dominated from the whistle dictating tempo and creating eight scoring opportunities with five on goal int he first half. 

The second half was more of the same as the Hawks did everything right beside putting the ball int he back of the net. The Clovis goalkeeper was called into action when in the 60th-minute #9 Daniel Ramiez was found in the penalty area resulting in a penalty kick. #10 Lincoln Carvalho pk was tucked away into the corner but the Clovis goalkeeper outstretched arms were able to get a touch on it and make the big save. The Hawks continued to pile on the pressure as they registered nine second-half shots with six on goal including one that hit the post. 

#0 Alexis Jacobo-Trejo wasnt too busy and only had to make 3 saves int he 0-0 Draw. The Hawks record improves to 6-4-4 with seven games remaning of the regular season. Next up for the Hawks is a difficult away match to Fresno to face Fresno Community College tomorrow.
