FRESNO (10-16) – Cosumnes River hit the road to take on CCCSIA #3 Fresno City in Fresno. The Hawks scored a goal in each half to defeat the Rams 2-1.

In the first half, in the 25^th minute, Daniel Ramirez scored off a Roy Rangel pass to give the Hawks a 1-0 lead. The Hawks led 1-0 at halftime.

In the second half, the Hawks doubled their lead, in the 62^nd minute, when Luis Sandoval scored off a pass from Rangel. In the 78^th minute, the Rams scored on a Manuel Lopez shot to trim the Hawks' lead in half at 2-1.

The win stretched the Hawks' unbeaten streak to three.

The Hawks will play their final non-conference match of the season on Friday as they host West Hills College of Lemoore at 4 pm.
