Coach Foster has been associated with the sport of basketball for over 30 years. While living in the Puget Sound area, Coach Foster stayed connected to basketball via playing in various Pro-Am games. He has played against the likes of Kevin Johnson, Magic Johnson, Gary Payton, Shawn Kemp, Jamal Crawford, Will Conroy just to name a few. In 2000, Coach Foster stared his personal training career while working at Bally’s in Kent, Washington. He began focusing on helping High School students with strength and conditioning with the goal of preparing them for NCAA basketball.

Coach Foster joined the CRC athletic program in 2011 as the strength and conditioning coach for all the athletic teams and was asked to join the women’s basketball coaching staff in 2012 to bring not only his knowledge of strength and conditioning but also his vast knowledge of basketball to the staff.

Coach Foster’s main duties include strength and conditioning as well as post work and fundamentals. He also uses his military background to keep the girls in shape.

Coach Foster resides in Elk Grove.
