Personal:  Katarina’s family includes dad David, mom Kimberly, siblings Jen, Chris and Josh, niece Olivia, and nephew Jacob and Max. She started competitively swimming when she was 19 years old. She chose this sport because she was to stay in shape for soccer in the off season. Her major is Kinesiology and Biology. She aspires to become a physical therapist with veterans and athletes. 

Significant Sport Achievement: After 4 years of lifeguarding, Katarina learned how to swim correctly last season.

Most embarrassing thing that happened in her sport: At her first meet, she did a double flip turn.
