WOMEN'S VOLLEYBALL CONTINUES TO WORK HARD, HOST SIERRA COLLEGE

SACRAMENTO, Calif.-The Cosumnes River Hawks volleyball team continues to work hard despite disappointing results.  The Lady Hawks are set to host Sierra College this Wednesday October 22nd.

The young lady Hawks will look to get better and snap their 6 game conference winless streak as they face Sierra College.  Sierra College is currently sitting in 4th place in the Big 8 with a conference record of 3-3.  CRC is lead by Freshman Amy Predretti who leads the team with 40 kills in conference play so far. Head Coach Cassie Baxter says "I'm excited to see Sierra this Wednesday.  They have a young team and much like us, are hitting their stride right before the second half of conference play.  Having coached the past two years with Coach Vera as my mentor, I'm eager to show her my new program at CRC"

Wednesday's match is scheduled for 6:30 P.M. in the CRC Gym.
