The box score won't indicate how close the match was according to Coach Kari Post, "We played really, really well, and we just couldn't take advantage of the errors they made and they took advantage of ours, but we played well overall." The scores of 18-25, 16-25, and 28-30 show the Hawks improving all match and being consistent as they have been all season.

Both Hannah Norris and Olivia Sowles were in double figures with kills with 10 and 12 respectively of the 29 the Hawks had in the match.

Lauren Smith had all of the Hawks 26 assists as Post noted, "Lauren probably played her best game of the season, she was on point with all of her passing which was a trememdous asset all night." 

Justine Busse had 14 digs on the night followed by Maya Young and Keilani Gaither with seven each.

Next up for the Hawks is Santa Rosa as they take on the Lady Bear Cubs who are 0-5 in Big 8 play and 1-10 overall. The Hawks are now 0-4  and 5-9 overall this season. The Game will be in the CAC at 6:30pm.
