Bernard Seals, is returning for his fifth season at Cosumnes River College, where he serves as the men’s basketball player development and strength and conditioning Coach. Seals began coaching at Cosumnes River College the 2019-20 season, drawing on his extensive basketball background. He was an all-city guard at Valley High School in Sacramento, CA (1997-2001),and continued his basketball journey at Morgan State University (2001-2002) Cosumnes River College (2002-2004) and Seattle University(2004-2006). There, he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and set the record for the highest scoring average in the school's history during the Division 2 era. Coach Seals also established Seals Drills LLC in 2020, a Basketball Training Business that empowers athletes across all levels, catering to beginners and professionals alike, fostering skill enhancement and performance improvement. His multifaceted role includes refining players’ physical abilities, analyzing game film,spearheading recruitment efforts, and assist with coaching and practice planning.
