This season wasn't easy for the Hawks as they battled an extremely tough Big 8 Conference group of opponents as well as a difficult non-league season to have the opportunity to get into the NorCall CCCAA Playoffs.

The Hawks ended the season at 13-16 overall and while some might scoff at having a play-in game with an under .500 record, one needs only to look at the fact that seven of the eight teams in the Big 8 received invites to get into the big dance. The Big 8 Conference has long been recognized as one of the tougher conferences in Northern California.

The Hawks will take on Cabrillo College, the winner of the Coast-South Conference. The Seahawks posted a fine 19-7 record overall and a sparkling 11-1 record in their conference play.

The game is set for Wednesday the 22nd with tipoff at 7pm.
