CRC Hawks (3-5) vs. College of the Siskiyous (4-5)

@ Cosumnes River College

Sacramento, Calif -- The Hawks (3-5) came into their final tournament on their non-conference schedule, and they were excited about it. Hosting the 41st annual James Clark Classic at Cosumnes River College and playing the next six games at home was a nice change of scenery for the Hawks.

With a strong first half from sophomore guard Terrell Garner, who finished with 15 points, the Hawks took a 37-30 lead into the break.

Freshmen guard Adam Orr had a strong second half and led the team with 17 points and 9 rebounds. Freshman center Dillon Iyawe chipped in with 14 points and 7 reboounds. Consistency on both ends of the floor led to a 77-69 victory for the first home game.

Next up for the Hawks is #24 Reedley College at 7:00pm tomorrow in 2nd round action.
