Rocklin, CA

The Hawks were only able to muster 5 hits on the day while stranding 7 runners on based in their 3rd loss of the season and 1st conference loss against Sierra College 2-0. The Hawks saw a strong defense from Sierra College, plus The Hawks struggled to score with runners on base all but two innings. Brittany Baroni had a strong performance on the mound for The Hawks throwing 6 innings giving up 5 hits, striking out 7, and allowing 1 earned run in the loss.

The Hawks will be back at CRC Stadium on Thursday for a non-conference double header against Lassen College. Game 1 is scheduled to start at 12:00 pm with game 2 to follow.
