The Hawks made the trip to Modesto Junior College last night to take on the Pirates. What started out to be a barn burner of a first quarter was extinguished in the second quarter when the Hawks went cold from the field. After one, the Hawks were up by 1 point headed into the 2^nd quarter.

Unfortunately, the Hawks managed to only post 5 points in the second. This proved to be the difference in the game. Modesto went on to pull out an home victory with a final score of 50 – 64 over the Hawks.
