This Week: The #5 seed Hawks will take on the #4 seed Sierra College Wolverines in the second round of the CCCAA Women's Soccer Championship. The round starts on Tuesday and the Hawks/Wolverines match-up is at 2 pm.

Scouting the Wolverines: The Wolverines finished the regular season with a 13-2-7 record. They were third in the Big 8 Conference with a 6-1-4 record in conference play. Rachel Gensch led the Wolverines in goals with 21. Celeste Fernandez leads the Wolverines with 1.95 saves per match.


Scouting the Hawks: The Hawks had a 13-2-6 overall record and were the champions of the Big 8 Conference with a record of 7-0-4. Angelina Ortiz led the Hawks with nine goals. Zara Mujica led the Hawks in saves with an average of 2.5 per match

Last Time Out: The two teams played twice this season and both matches were ties – October 13th at CRC Soccer Complex (0-0) and November 7th (1-1) at CRC Soccer Complex. The Hawks advanced to the Big 8 Conference Women's Soccer Championship match after winning a shootout with the Wolverines after the November 7th match.
