This Week: The #13 seed Hawks will take on the #20 seed Los Medanos College in the first round of the CCCAA Volleyball Championship. The first round starts on Saturday and the Hawks/Mustangs match-up is at 3 pm.

About The Coaches:
Kari Nahlen has been the head coach at Cosumnes River for the last nine seasons. Prior to Cosumnes River, she was head coach at Pasadena City College in 2015 and was assistant coach at Pasadena City in 2013 and assistant coach at Citrus College in 2012.

Lou Panzella is in his 13^th year as head coach of the Mustangs. Prior to Los Medanos, he coached at Antioch High School in 1988 and at Deer Valley High School from 1996-2015.
